How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign Up' on the homepage, enter your email, and verify with the code we send. Start your 14-day free trial and cancel anytime.
Do I need to provide a credit card?
Yes, a credit card is required to start your 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
What if I have zero invoices this period?
We still generate a zero-VAT FTA-ready pack so you stay compliant. You'll need to file a nil return through the FTA portal, and we make that process seamless.
Uploading Invoices
How do I upload invoices?
You can upload via WhatsApp (send to your company number), email (forward to your company email), or web (drag and drop on the dashboard).
How long does processing take?
Invoices are typically processed in 2-5 minutes after upload.
What file formats are supported?
We support PDF, JPG, PNG, and other common invoice formats.
Filing & Compliance
Do you submit VAT returns to FTA for me?
No. We prepare your FTA-ready filing pack, but you (or your accountant) must review and submit it manually through the FTA portal. We do the hard part — calculations, checks, and pack generation — so submission takes minutes.
What does 'FTA-Ready' mean?
FTA-Ready means your filing pack is fully prepared with all required documents and VAT calculations complete. The pack is in the exact format accountants use. You still need to review it and submit manually through the FTA portal.
How do I know if my pack is ready?
The dashboard shows 'Ready to File' status when all checks pass and your compliance pack is prepared. You'll see any missing items or risk flags if the pack isn't ready yet.
Accountant Access
Can my accountant access the pack?
Yes! You can invite your accountant via email. They'll have read-only or full access based on your settings.
How do I invite an accountant?
Go to your company dashboard, find the 'Accountant Sharing' section, enter their email, and click 'Send Invite'.
